Andrea is an advocacy, policy and communications professional with expertise in sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender, sexuality, and humanitarian settings.
She has 10 years of experience in utilizing strategic advocacy and communications to enact change at a sub-national, national and global level for civil society organizations, UN agencies, foundations and international organizations.
She holds a Bachelors in International Affairs from the George Washington University and a Masters of Science in Gender and Sexuality from the New School. She speaks English, French and Khmer and has lived in Senegal, Switzerland, Cambodia, and now resides in New York City. Currently she is an SRHR Advocacy and Communications Specialist at the International Rescue Committee.
