A’Daris works with Baobab Consulting to develop and improve monitoring and evaluation plans and assess and codify operations. She also advises the company on project management and risk management practices.
A’Daris holds a BA in Anthropology and International Studies from Northwestern University and an MS in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
Her work history includes extensive experience in conducting evaluations and audits of international programs around the world in countries such as Botswana, Ethiopia, Morocco, and the Philippines.
A’Daris first experienced Senegalese culture while studying abroad during college. She is very passionate about traveling the world and sharing culture while contributing to the expanding conversation and perceptions of the African continent.
