IDRC: Project Communications Strategy

In 2022, Baobab Consulting was engaged by the International Development Research Center (IDRC) to support the Livestock Vaccine Innovation Fund (LVIF) with a communications strategy to position the livestock vaccine projects with key stakeholders in the livestock vaccine manufacturing space. Baobab’s strategy included the identification of relevant stakeholders, development of communications products that demonstrated the impact of the projects, participation in relevant global awareness campaigns to increase visibility for the projects, direct stakeholder outreach, and a virtual showcase event with the project to different stakeholders.
