ILO: Social Media Training
Baobab Consulting developed and conducted customized training for labour inspectorates from fourteen member states that work with International Labor Organization to increase their knowledge of social media best practices and improve their engagement with their audiences across social media.
The first training (Social Media for Compliance 101) was general; it addressed key gaps identified in the audit and built the capacity of participants on important social media strategies like analytics, target audience analysis, content planning, and scheduling, tools for content creation, messaging best practices, use of images and video, building and sustaining audience engagement, social media analytics, and more.
The second training (Social Media for Compliance 201) was built on the first to offer a workshop-based, skill-building session with five Southern African member states focusing on the Private Security Services (PSS) sector.
