Evelyn Dan Epelle is a Multimedia Journalist and Development Communications Professional. Based in Abuja, Evelyn served as Catalyst at Baobab Consulting before leading social impact initiatives through content production and multicultural communications programming as Baobab’s Public Affairs Manager. She is a Communications Fellow at the Centre for the Study of the Economies of Africa (CSEA) and Head of Department, Library, Content, and Broadcast (LCB) at KAFTAN TV. In her research and multimedia engagements, Evelyn’s work uncovers the impact of poor media, education, and communications policy options on the continent and in the 6th region i.e. Africa’s diaspora.

Evelyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) from All Nations University, Koforidua, Ghana, and a Master’s degree in Communications, Culture, and Technology (CCT) from Georgetown University, Washington D.C, USA. She is an Alum of the School of Politics, Policy, and Governance (SPPG). Evelyn has also developed and taught a course in Documentary and Photojournalism Production via the Africa Women in Media (AWiM) online learning platform, AWiM Learning.
