Women Deliver: Campaign Launch in Senegal

In 2019, Baobab led event coordination and media engagement for the launch of Women Deliver’s Deliver for Good campaign in Dakar, Senegal.  The campaign was led by two local partners, Reseau Siggil Jiggen and E4Impact.  The event was hosted at the Radisson Blu and featured the Former Prime Minister H.E. Aminata Toure and the Ambassador of Canada to Senegal. 

Baobab provided on the ground support event management support including vendor management, event branding, media management, and  event coordination. We facilitated radio interviews with key partners, preparing the show host with relevant information and questions to drive the conversation in alignment with Women Deliver’s goals. 

The high level launch event had over 30 journalists in attendance and was featured on key media TV, radio, and online news platforms including Africa24, Seneweb, West Africa Democracy Radio, among others
